RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy for online and in-person purchases.  That allows you to request a return 7 days after your order has been marked as delivered by carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Must be unworn, unused, unscented, with tags. and in its original packaging. 

 

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

Please contact shopbodybymona@yahoo.com within 7 days of arrival or purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any shipping expenses. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us 7 days after the item has been received or purchased in-person  we will not accept or replace it. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 

All items are final sale.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGING ITEMS 

The best/fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
